At newpapers.eu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email) at info@newpapers.eu before the 14-day period expires.

2. Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Any items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or special-order products (e.g. custom paper sizes) cannot be returned unless defective.
Opened paper rolls or sheets that have been partially used cannot be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, using the original payment method.
Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
